The Howard N. Lee Institute for Equity and Opportunity in Education, a 501(c) (3) charitable
organization, works to provide students equitable access to high quality education programs and
opportunities so that they may successfully compete in a knowledge-based,
innovation-driven global economy. Minority Male Initiative

The Initiative will support minority male students to increase their success from
pre-school through elementary and middle school, culminating in high school graduation in four years.

The Institute will work to identify gifted and talented at-risk students from diverse social, economic
and cultural backgrounds to provide them with support through high school and then
financial aid through college.
